We install Kubuntu 24.04 LTS with KFS on all the computers we sell. Kubuntu 24.04 LTS is the highly respected official flavor of Ubuntu with KDE. The open-source Kubuntu Focus Suite (KFS) adds convenience and reliability with graphical tools, integrated documentation, hardware optimizations, and validated updates.

You can freely install Kubuntu 24.04 LTS with KFS on your computer or virtual machine. Once installed, you can enjoy the many exciting features of KFS, such as System Rollback, Focus Tools, Curated Apps, Guided Solutions, and validated upgrades. Use normal software updates to get feature enhancements and bug fixes from a signed repository. Take back control and avoid Big Tech control and surveillance.

Kubuntu Focus Systems also benefit from a minimum of 3 years of validated updates per model. The Focus Team extensively tests and curates all kernels updates, major GPU driver updates, and major desktop updates. Learn more here.

Get the ISO

You can download the ISO in one of two ways:

• Option 1: Anonymously download the ISO from Google Drive by right-clicking on this link and then select Open link in the incognito window. Then click to download the ISO and checksum files. Please ignore virus scan warnings; we show how to verify the ISO using the checksums later. If you have any difficulty downloading, please email support@kfocus.org.
• Option 2: Click here to sign up for the Kubuntu Focus Newsletter and get direct download links for both 22.04 and 24.04 ISOs of Kubuntu with KFS. We will never share your address with third parties, each email address receives only one copy of a newsletter, and you can cancel at any time by clicking a link at the bottom of any newsletter.
