Kubuntu Focus is proud to support the End of 10, a campaign to empower Windows 10 users to continue using their existing computer, even if they don't meet the new Window 11 hardware requirements.

WHY SWITCH?

On October 14, 2025, Microsoft will officially end support and security updates for Windows 10. Even worse, some estimate that over 40%^{[ 1, 2 ]} of the world's Windows 10 computers do not meet Microsoft's hardware requirements for Windows 11.

If your computer doesn't meet the requirements, and you insist on running Windows, you will be forced to buy a new computer to run Windows 11. Or you will need to keep running a vulnerable, unsupported, and unpatched Windows 10.
