Soothe your eyes and maintain better sleep rhythms using
Night Color (20.04) or
Redshift (18.04) blue light filter.
1. Right-click on the chevron at the bottom of the system tray.
2. Configure the system tray to always show the Night Color Control icon.
3. Right-click on the system tray icon to configure Night Color.
4. Change the time and magnitude of the effect as desired.
5. Hover over the icon to see status.
All 18.04 users created after March 2020 should see the Redshift icon in the system tray. Left- and right- click on the icon to use Redshift. See the video for more details.
